We all know that remote meetings, video conferences, and webinars can be tricky. It's hard to keep the audience engaged while displaying your content on the screen. With Prezi Video, you'll be right there alongside your content to guide your message and make sure your audience takes the journey with you.
Connecting to your video conferencing tool
Luckily, streaming yourself and your content from the Prezi Video desktop application is very easy with all popular video conferencing and streaming tools. Once your content is good to go, just go to the camera settings of your conferencing tool and select Prezi Camera from the camera list. The desktop app will automatically connect to any supported tool.
Navigating through your content
Then you can go back to the Prezi Video app and navigate through your content there. Before presenting, you can also hide the main panel of the application here:
This way, you don’t need to have both Prezi Video and Zoom open next to each other. You’ll still see the upcoming slides and the navigation arrows in the side panel. Your presenter notes will appear along the top, if you have any.
To navigate through your content, select the left and right arrows on your keyboard, in the side panel or click directly on anything you want to zoom to.
Depending on what you want your audience to focus on, use the toggle to either show or hide your content. When you’re showing your content, you can either make it appear right next to you or show it in full screen.
If you created a video in the app or imported a PowerPoint or Google Slides presentation, you can also share live reactions or make any live edits to your content which will be displayed in your virtual meeting. You can also share your desktop screen or a specific window or display a timer on screen while presenting.
When you're done presenting, simply close Prezi Video or go back to the video conferencing tool and switch back to the default camera to stop streaming from the Prezi Video app.
